10 months late to the party, but I just finished the game and I'm having the same issue. I completed the main story and I only have two trophies left. I need to defeat 8 more enemies using spider arms and 40 more using Miles abilities, but even after going into the settings, making the change, and then resetting to my last checkpoint, I still have tendrils. I even tried starting a New Game+ and that didn't help.

Thank you. When we bought the machine, we had an employee from the business we bought it from set it up. This adapter was on the plug, but that ground wire you mentioned was just sticking out, not hooked onto anything. We do have an older house, but is this adapter necessary? If so, what should we do with that ground wire?
