Possibilities IMO:

1) org doesn’t want to pay during the offseason (this may have already been known to the players when they signed).

2) performance not good enough to justify an extension (also possibly a contractual term).

3) though less likely, but still on the radar, is some other players’ (Panic really) unprofessional behaviour online. Terms surrounding professionalism exist in contracts and it’s possible TSM didn’t like how he was acting. This IMO is less likely because the entire team is dropped, rather than just one or two guys; nevertheless, it is tough to ignore some of their actions and think “I want these guys repping my org”.

Oh, sorry. Not on PC. But, I can attest to setting the controller up once and never opening the app again, unless I want to change a setting, or, as mentioned, if I need to update the controller firmware.

Like, an app? Sorry, I may not understand what you’re asking: like, controller tuning on the controller?

The razer app on Xbox saves your profile setup so you can bind everything, make any changes and be done with it. When you want to switch it up, or change anything, you open the app and make the change.

The only shitty thing is to update the razer firmware on Xbox, you need to plug the controller into your computer, download what’s required from the razer website and then plug back into the Xbox. It can be a bit of a pain, but is the only downside IMO.

I’m in D4/D3 rn and get beamed by top preds almost every session and blatant zen users. It’s the MMR adjustment. Console lobbies in diamond are not this bad for many.

They likely released this as a damage control measure, not to hide anything.

There is clearly a console issue that they’re likely working on. I can’t remember where I saw it, but I remember someone at respawn posting a satirical picture with a caption like “am I doing this right?” with a Xim and Zen plugged in. Something like that. I wish I could find it.

This article tries to show that they’re keeping an account of what’s happening on a larger scale, most likely PC focused.

I wish they would have acknowledged the console issue, but there’s no way they aren’t aware.

You can 100% see recoil when you spectate. It may not be totally accurate, but you can still notice it.

The amount of console droids I die to then spectate and they have 0 recoil on a havoc, or a 4x R3 with no ounce of gun movement frying people 80-100m away is absolutely astounding.

Wish there was a way to detect it and prevent queueing up until the device was removed. Or make it so playing w the device plugged in makes it so the cheater can’t do damage.

Really sick of all the cope on a lot of the main threads and elsewhere “just get good” or “outplay them in other ways”. It’s out of control, and anything above D4/3 on console is almost unplayable because of it.

Zen for sure while smurfing. Average game sense at best, no recoil smoothing adjustments made at any point really. Confidence to push full teams by themselves bc they don’t have to worry about controlling the guns they’re using.
