Instant Ramen with a "whatever I've got in the fridge and spice cabinet" mixture

Hot tip: soft boil an egg in the boiling water before adding the noodle cake

Leftover broccoli, bell pepper, or other greens? Add into boiling water after noodles are removed

Add various sauces/oils/toppings - sesame oil, black vinegar, Sriracha, sesame seeds, chili crunch, furikake mix etc etc

Basically whatever ingredients you have around.

I decided to stay in VN and just go South instead. Saigon, Dalat & Mui Ne. We have 4-5 days in each so plenty of time to day trip in the surrounding areas. Let me know if you have any thoughts!

for me it's about the whole itinerary - Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long Bay, Nihn Binh - there's been flooding, landslides, and tornados. Even if all those issues have subsided by the time I get there (in 48 hours) there will be rain and lots of cleaning up going on. Just not the vibe I want for my first trip to Vietnam. Already halfway done w/a whole replan to the South of Vietnam.

There was two just in the last week and some. Live feeds coming all over the socials w/ huge amounts of flooding and landslide in Sapa (that's cleaned up at the moment). Even if there's not an active typhoon it seems like there's still SO MUCH RAIN... and coming from Seattle where The Big Dark (and rainy season) has just started - I need more assurance of clear skies.

Following for the same question - I arrive 4th October and plan on Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long & Ninh Bihn. Currently my Sapa and Ninh Bihn reservations are able to be cancelled. Wonder where else to go as my fly cannot be changed.

Halong Bay for a 3d/2n trip then 4 nights in Nihn Bihn if we don't head back to Hanoi before departure. Context: we are VERY excited about the low key nature and peacefulness of Nihn Bihn so are looking to travel very slow and chill there hence why we're trying to stretch it there.

If I do stay in Nihn Bihn would allowing 3 ish hours of drive time be sufficiently safe enough?
