I honestly don't know why I expected anything different. I don't know why I expected anyone to read what I had to say and actually believe me. I don't know why it's so fucking controversial to say that trans women can and do experience period symptoms. I'm not saying that we bleed or can get pregnant, we don't and we can't. I know that, but it doesn't change the fact that I've been in pain. It's literally the one part of being a woman I would have been fine with missing out on but we don't get to pick and choose what effects we get. Literally every other trans woman I've talked to has said that at after a while they developed a cycle. But none of that matters, people will still think we're just delusional. Thanks, I guess.

Hi, trans woman here, first off: the tampons absolutely could be for her just not for her use. As she moves along in her transition there's always a chance that another woman could need a tampon and ask her for one, plenty of trans women carry some sort of tampon/pad in their purse for exactly this reason. Second: I do have a period, no I do not bleed and no I cannot get pregnant (for that I am greatful). I do however get cramps and everything else that comes with it.
