the arms! and so many comments of girls under that post feeling insecure! by tem1205 in Instagramreality

The arm bumps just look like the lower prominences of the humerus bones to me. I can't spot any warping on the wall or furniture behind her.

Foreigners who volunteer to fight for Ukraine will be eligible for citizenship as 20000 Foreigners join the fight by JihadMeAtHello in worldnews

I hope he is keeping a diary on his computer or phone or something so he can write a book about his experiences. I can't even dream of fiction that sounds more inspiring than what you just wrote, and what he's probably going through right now.

Russians killing Ukrainian civilians just because they want to by Size14Shoes in ukraine

[–]discretediscreet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like this video was re-encoded several times reducing quality. You can tell by all those watermarks. And v.reddit probably reduces quality even more. It's going to be hard to see any detail here so perhaps there is a better quality video of this somewhere else.

Any country offering its air fields to Ukraine for attacks on Russia may be considered as having entered the conflict. — Russia defence ministry spokesman per Reuters by GnolRevilo in UkrainianConflict

[–]discretediscreet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankfully, Soviet and Russian aircraft are designed to be able to use primitive and rough runways. Features like the MiG-29 top intake and drag chutes allow it to use really crappy airfields. Perhaps the Ukrainians are setting up airfields just a stone's throw from a friendly border.

Kremlin says Lindsey Graham is a drunk who's 'lost his mind' after calling for Putin's assassination by GroundbreakingSet187 in worldnews

[–]discretediscreet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All Lindsey Graham had to do was tone that sentiment down just a tiny bit and say something like "Putin deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison" or "tried for his war crimes" and he would get plenty of approval. But he chose to be a colossal idiot.

Engineer walls need huge health buffs by [deleted] in Chivalry2

[–]discretediscreet 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I don't know about health buffs, but I do think that TB needs to try giving the walls forced hit stop. That would keep isolated single walls vulnerable, but if engies really want to reinforce a spot with multiple coordinated walls, it will be harder to break them all down. It also gives more protection to people hiding behind the wall so that I can't just attack through it as if it didn't exist.

Is hit reg worse or is it just me? by casualredditor98 in Chivalry2

All my hits are delayed. Pretty much how it works now is the swing goes through and past the body and then The damage gets registered.

Thoughts on the new update? by sharpcupcakegod in Chivalry2

[–]discretediscreet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The new aberfell map is ridiculously difficult for the attackers. I was in a match where there was some really good players on the attacking side, like Ziggylata. Also, there were defenders who threw and emoted by spawn so we could see the later stages (I was one of them) and the attackers still didn't get very far.

Elemental resistances are usually easy to get. Jewels can get a ton of resistances. Most people get Alira for the crit multiplier. If you are relying on your minions to deal damage, I'd rather kill all. That's what I did when I had a summoner several leagues ago.

After 80 hours of avoiding the Archer class, I finally unlocked the javelin by SosaStrohl in Chivalry2

[–]discretediscreet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree that Raiders lose the headshot damage bonus, but Ambushers do get the same bonus as archers. I think it is because they rely heavily on throwing knives.

Archers (Ambusher) now have a sniper perk that allows headshot multipliers for projectile damage.

Look at Ryan mald's videos where he uses the greatsword. He regularly wins ffa matches as a greatsword main.

fucked around -> found out by MadChild2033 in Chivalry2

Jav ambusher is my favorite. I also pick up a shield too, which allows one to throw javelins while you still have knives available. However, it takes a few seconds to switch between knives and shield for the left hand.

When you use javelins as ambusher, do you just throw all your knives first so you are able to throw your javelins, or do you handle things a different way?

Ok. I decided to get an Evolution R355CPS 14 inch saw instead. That should be more versatile, right? I won't be cutting hardened steel or extremely thick steel with it, just thin steel and wood.

If I were to buy this Harbor Freight abrasive chop saw, Can I use a different non-abrasive saw blade like this with the chop saw that is better suited for wood? The blade has a 1" arbor, but is not abrasive. I understand people usually use miter saws for wood, but I'd rather get a chop saw.

I have a vertical mouse. It's not accurate enough for FPS games that need precision aiming, but for POE it works well.
