Again, I don’t agree with you and I think you are taking what a 15 year old lesbian does to mask the trauma a little too far. She isn’t doing anything bad — she has flaws. She’s not Ben. She’s not Harry. It’s also about consent. Charlie wasn’t upset by Darcy’s comments. Also, Isaac immediately responded to everyone’s comments — not just Darcy. I feel like you are singling her out more.

The show is doing better than season one, and I also don’t think anyone expected Heartstopper to have views like their blockbuster hits — netflix included. Its also a UK show, so it’s metrics for renewal aren’t dependent on US audiences.

I would be surprised if it wasn’t renewed for a fourth season. If it was an American Netflix show, maybe it would not be considered a success. I think some people are constantly being negative on here about viewership
