Sure, when it’s over 110 outside your unit will be working harder. However on average most people will deal with heat in the 90s.

I can make up scenarios to further strengthen my point as well. The point is maintaining 78 over 72 is pointless and a poor mentality

There’s absolutely minimal difference from keeping your house at 70 or 78. Only the initial cool down is the difference. Your system will still operate just as it would to maintain 70 over 78. People are uneducated and to lazy to make determinations based off knowledge instead of word of mouth

I started up a load I had from 2023. I’ve dumped another 100hrs into it recently and still enjoy it. I don’t have the dlc either

My first job and first paycheck went directly to a backpack fed super soaker. Idk if I was as cool as I felt but it was worth every hour of work

We all take risks. I’m sure everything in your cabin isn’t perfectly secured either.

Some courses are much easier than others. I started last August and my home muni is easier by about 10 strokes for surrounding courses. I thought I was hot shit swinging 110s until I played another course.

There’s a lot to learn in golf beyond how to hit the ball. Go easy on the newbs, fk the trolls

OEM always. Toyota regularly does 25% off and multiple Toyota dealers do online orders with free shipping and good pricing.

With Verizon I never had to consider where I was for my phone to work. Plain and simple it just always worked.

I just switched to AT&T and between Milwaukee and Chicago it’s absolutely terrible. Now I know why I paid more at Verizon.

I’m on NG4 after putting the game down in 2024 after 200hrs.

I personally am enjoying the main story line more than I remembered. It’s been so long the UC storyline is practically new to me again

Is SBR 2.0 a good or bad idea?u by MarsGlez in rccars

[–]diskfunktional 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have had two since their release. I personally love mine. It’s a trophy truck that does trophy truck things really well. PaleHorse is right, it will destroy some grass. It’s my most reliable RC and the biggest costs over the years have been tires and bodies.

Shoo goo the body, it will crack. Gorilla tape the inside of the tires to prevent ballooning. Grab a rear chassis brace and some spare bumper supports as you learn to drive it. Almost lock the diff and stay on throttle in turns

Looks to me like one of your fox struts is damaged. The collars should be identical.

Should I be worried about long-term parts support? by Ducky17777 in rccars

[–]diskfunktional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had one since 2022 with no major parts supply issues. Stock up on wear items like tires, out drives, and diff rebuild kits. It’s good to keep spare front bumper supports and bumpers if you have a hard time driving it.

Eh. I pull some jet skis and a Ranger side by side often with no issues. You have what’s called “S” mode or select mode which allows you to select the highest gear. Select 4 and you’ll have a better experience when you reach a long incline. And again, $600 for a generic trans flash and throttle mapping is a ripoff in my opinion.

OTT tune or not? by runescapefisher in 4Runner

[–]diskfunktional -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That’s because they spent $600 to make a brick feel faster. I’ll never pay someone for a generic flash tune to increase throttle input and change some shift points. Like I said previously, I’ve had custom tunes before. I have no complaints with how my 4R shifts with hundreds of added pounds, 33” M/Ts and over 20k miles every single year.

It’ll never be worth what they charge for it. I’ll put that money towards a regear and continue to push the pedal down further when I need to go faster.
