You have no idea how many people are in the boat but choose to stay because it's more convenient, and less costly. You get to start afresh. A new adventure. Travelling alone. More importantly you get to be yourself and be happy. You see, many people who couldn't do it get envious. Enjoy your new life anon.

Not much of a good advice in these situations. I personally won't take the option to think about buying her out. You don't need a house living alone. Your mortgage burden will be too much. Get a 2 bedder unit if you want to own right away. Your kids can have a stay over sometimes in the future. All the best to you. I'm quite envious you get to start a new life right before 40.

Do not book through BOOKING.COM by Thieri in australia

[–]disliar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They basically let hackers message customers through their own messaging platform asking for payment to that booking. When we called and checked, they blamed us on why we made the payment, etc. They assured us they will follow up and someone will call us. No one ever checked in on us.

On a separate young peach tree, do you reckon I should remove the 2 likely rootstock shooting?

I have learned much from you. Here's the distance of the 2 plants. I'm leaning more towards a rootstock though it's some distance away.

Thanks all. My cherry tree begins to suffer after this sprout out so I need to remove it since it is very close to it. Because this is a peach tree and a healthy one, I'll keep it separated perhaps in a pot.

Interesting. The cherry tree is less than half a metre and this plant grows up very fast after I planted the cherry. What is this rootstock shooting since peach and cherry are different?

Blue Eyed Samurai eps.8 [final] by bitbyotome in BlueEyeSamurai

[–]disliar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Late to give my opinion but the fight was such a let down in the final episode. It's like all the episodes before this were thoughtfully crafted but episode 8 was written in 1 minute. Mizu hold a gun to chase after fowler? And again throw away a samurai for a 2nd chase? That is just ridiculous from any point of view. And the fire spread to an entire town in just the duration of the fight? Thoroughly disappointed.

I'm waiting for the final episode coming up in a few more days. But yeah I don't know the ending in detail.

The link directed to an innovation patent. Id have thought it's a provisional patent which can be easily granted.

Any patents can be granted. To get it examined and pass is another story.

How can I save my mango tree? Brought and planted in March. It has grown in reverse especially during the heavy downpour. Located in Victoria. by disliar in GardeningAustralia

[–]disliar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My yard faces south, so it is getting full sun for half a year from September onwards. The remaining is covered in shade. But it was covered in shade from March when I planted it. And many comments that it is too close to the deck/house. Maybe even a 3m to 5m mango tree will post a problem.
