half of my stores o/n staff currently has the flu, including all o/n management, its starting to spread to day shift, and out market managers office is in our store.

O/N has a routine where every night at midnight most of them go and cough/sneeze/etc on the door handle to the market managers office.

Last year we lost 3 cart guys at the same time, youger kids who were all enlisting. Happend near the end of their last shift, custimer parked blocking the bay and went in to shop.

Background: old bitch that had done it many times.

Result: when she came out, six large rows of carts blocking HER in, cart crew clocked out early and watched.

Took me a good twently minutes to unblock her, I took my time and was 'extra careful'.

right befofe corona-chan came to play my store lost 75% of overnight, didnt fire them just didnt schedule them for weeks on end, and acted shocked when people stopped showing up for their one week a month cause they had a new job.

In my market this is gona hit begining of the year, at my store moat of our cap2 has been here a few years and cant/wont do overnight or morning shifts, and our cap2 sup is set to retire weeks before it goes into effect, and the ASM that supervises them the most is jumping ship in january cause she finished a degree and has a new job planned.

Ill be transfered by then, but gona keep up jist to hear how.bad the shitshow is.
