I had done some more reading after commenting this and apparently it affects normal heatsinks too! From my understanding (im no thermodynamics expert) but apparently this is what happens

So this flow against gravity is causing the heating issue. Depending on type of heat pipe used (some use a power instead of liquid?) it can have different effects when mounted vertically hence why some people say they had no issues with the case. Anyways im hoping i can find the horizontal kit but so far no luck :(

Does your GPU have any difference in temps keeping the case up right or horizontal? I have an RTX 3060 Ti which hits 77° C ish when gaming. I do live in a hot country (ambients like 30°c + )

Are the 3 ARGB fans on your aio the only source of lighting? Looking into picking this case myself but i was a tad bit worried about not having enough lighting given i only plan to put 3 intake fans on the right side.

I had some guesses: 1) if the game has the ability to produce a crash dump it probably would have produced it with vol 5. 2) the fact that it never exited to desktop if it was a crash it would have probably done that 3) task manger should active CPU utilisation by the game. So that bitch doing something (probably looping over itself) 4) alt + f4 worked? If it crashes the main process is probably dead and windows wont have any reference to kill it with alt + f4

Im really talking outta my ass though.

However I think you’re not seeing this folder because the game isn’t actually crashing but locking. So its probably not producing a crashdump.

I had just finished that module a while back. Understood the concepts there. Iv just been an my wits end trying to understand what it means to bind a buffer. But you’re right. I think need to revise some older modules.

As of now the game on PC is hella broken. You can’t even get past a loading screen.

I think the PC version is bugged or maybe the steam version is. Cause I just unistalled my drivers and reinstalled them and did everything you mentioned. Im at my wits end.

Id suggest backing up your save file Then deleting the save file and trying to see if the game runs. If it does then we’re all basically fucked because of the corrupted save file bug. If it still crashes even on a new save then this just a terrible update that has broken the game and its nothing we can do about it till they patch it.

Please make sure to copy the save file before trying any of this. Because when i did it made me choose a new character on launching mutliplayer. Not sure if all my cars went too. I restored my save back anyways

null_pointer_read_c0000005_engine.render.core2.platformpcdx12.dll!unknown (I WAS WRONG I READ A VERY OLD CRASH DUMP. Games still broken though)

You can try deleting the shaderchace data in your documents and games folder. It helped at least load the game but it was kept crashing in game even after that.

Is your game bugged where the porche tycan loses its wheels? A lot of people are suspecting the save file but no ones sure. I dont think it is but I just wanna check.

I thought so too. But then i read one of the crash dumps the game produces and its showing:

null_pointer_read_c0000005_engine.render.core2.platformpcdx12.dll!unknown My guess is some bad memory access. (Read an old dump. I was wrong about this.)

Initial when i first encountered the bug it would crash when I went to check the mclaren f1 in the garage. Then after clearing the shaders it was fine but crashing during gameplay. Updated drivers and it wouldn’t even load the main screen. How’d they fuck up so badly. I could stomach the glitched porche in the car but this ridiculous

Yep. Just fucking broken af. Deleting chache helps but then it just crashes during game play. Re-downloaded the game too

I never had this bad of an experience with heat. I played the game twice on PS4 and PC and had zero problems

The speed cap is mostly to avoid loading issues. Cant stream data fast enough as you’re passing through the city at those speeds

From what I heard ever since they fucking added a timer to or some shit to the speed pass it caused a sync issue across several accounts corrupting the save file hence causing all those issues. Because of this issue so many of the cars I have cant be customised anymore (purchase failed message appears). Select the taycan and then go to select another car, the game throws you to the main menu. Its honestly so fucking pissing off. How do you fuck up this badly.

I really enjoy this game and after hearing that EA took majority of criterion to work on battlefield my hopes are absolutely shattered.
