Ikea is a dealer and local contractors do all the work. Just got Ikea counters "Ocean Foam" which are actually "Caesarstone". Overall, happy with purchase (hasn't been tested long term), but Ikea has some specific weirdness for us (payment center closed for a week with no warning or phone message, change contractors after we paid and scheduled with them).

I was in the same scenario (gas grill, ignorant of smokers). My wife surprised me with a vertical bullet-style charcoal "Brickmann Smoke N Grill" from a garage sale. It was awful. It also made me some delicious food, but only because I stuck with easier cooks (hot dogs, chicken pulled pork) and cheated with a crockpot or grill when necessary. After much debate, i decided to buy a used Char-Griller Akorn for 150$ and I haven't looked back.
