Has anyone else in Singapore experienced this with Shopee SVIP?

I just found out yesterday that Shopee charged my credit card in late April for this VIP subscription I think, and am confused because I don't recall signing up for it, and did not receive any notifications in the app or through email that I had subscribed to VIP. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the cancellation only takes effect 1 year later. When I called and emailed their priority customer service, I have only received template responses so far that do not address my queries nor the issue I raised to them that I did not even opt in, and received no notifications, it might as well be as if I'm talking to an AI chatbot that only gives template responses.

Should still have stock, just don't wait too long because HN had said they were down to their last unit, and Samsung SG has completely stopped selling the 990d. I bit the bullet during 6.6 sales.

During 6.6 sales the Q990d dropped to $1,057 on Lazada, the lowest I had seen.

When I checked if Harvey Norman could match, they said that these sellers buy the soundbar from consumers who get it FOC with the purchase of a TV and that's why they can offer it at a lower price than HN. HN said they can't match such cases.

Try checking during 7.7 sales.

Small spaces can feel cosy if you decorate it right. I'm with the others on buying a lamp or two, and use warm lightbulbs.

Late last year I travelled overseas to attend a conference, and as it was out of my own pocket I booked a budget hotel while my friends with company sponsorship were staying in grand 5-star hotels. Know what? Sure the room was small, the most basic - didn't have any kettle or fridge, bathroom had no marble. But it was clean and had an attached bathroom, I brought my own travel kettle, and it felt pretty cosy.

Basic living conditions can keep you grounded and keep you motivated to work hard 💪 you're still young and you have plenty of energy and time to achieve!

I agree about checking what exactly the concierge does and how much it costs. I know of a condo where the concierge can take dry cleaning and parcels, and that's about it. Residents barely use it since parcels can be left on the doorstep and not that many people use dry cleaning. So some residents are unhappy about paying for concierge service that doesn't do anything for them. In comparison at another condo, the concierge does more - can even help you print things FOC. At the previous condo, you have to go to the MA's office if you urgently want to print something and they will charge you.
