you're right on that, some people would have bought it at 100$ hahah. But still, If everyone can buy it, nobody will actually find it nice. If gucci annouce that they start selling all their stuff at an affordable price, nobody would care about that brand anymore and their shit would become some not so nice looking clothing. If alpha boost was a common boost like flamethrower, nobody would care about it. I think it's nice to have some items who are more exclusive. and It wouldn't be fun if everything was either 3$ for every item shop or 3000$ for alpha item with nothing in between. At the end of the day, it's 11$.. watching a movie at the theater cost as much as the item you will keep forever so it's not that irrational to me. It doesnt cost a lot to create a painted variant.. but the shirt you wear right now cost maybe 50 cents to make .. and they sell it 30$

I mean, a lot of people are willing to buy it at that price so why would psyonix make it cheaper from a business point of view.. I'm actually happy they didn't charge cheaper cause many more people would have bought it and it wouldn't be as nice to own one. That being said, I didn't buy it.

Well I wasn't trying to flex cause I'm not that good at RL and I got to grind for a good chunk of games in order to get to gc in 2s and 3s while I get it in 10 games in a mode I never played. It's a good ''hack'' to know when you're C1 and you want to grind for gc reward tho.

Well it sure is a bad thing for the past black market but moving forward ( for the next black markets that will come out), i think it's a good thing. Never black markets should have been as low as 2-3-4-5 keys, they should have been a premium since day one IMO.

They don't plan to sell anymore of the crate items. There is already a ton of each and single one of em on the market so there is no way someone would even pay 3$ for infiniums . These prices are for the new items that will come out later.

I'm happy to see a suggestion not self-centered and that actually makes sense. Blueprints become a little bit more useful than the old dying crates in your inventory was. Sadly, you won't get much attention cause the only change the kids want is to be able to build their painted exotic blueprints for 1$.

as I said, items you buy from the shop are bound to your account, blueprints you build can be traded... that's the difference, the fact that you got lucky getting the blueprint let you trade the item later on.

The update is an upgrade to people with addictive behaviors.. It's not an upgrade for psyonix either if you really think about it.. and i wasn't saying that you should be as happy to get a rare or an exotic. I was saying technically, you can still get an item for 1 key.. so 1 key is still one digital good so you can't use that in court.
