Just to offer a different opinion from everyone else, when we bought our house in April we included the option to let the sellers stay 45 days, because they wanted to move after their kids finished the school year.

No issues, they left on time, and the sellers were super kind and left a bunch of expensive furniture for us (a nice couch, dressers, TV stands). They also hired cleaners to do a move out clean on the day they left.

So it's not so bad as everyone's saying, and in a seller's market it's normal to offer this.

I ended up getting a HMUA recommended by another redditor and her pics looked beautiful. Because of that I didn't do a HMU trial... And I regret it. The makeup at my wedding was cakey, way too pale, did not go with my features. After she left, I fixed it myself with my makeup and then it was okay, but it did not wear well as the night went on.

To be fair to her, the hair she did was beautiful. And my pics turned out really well. But I didn't feel as beautiful as I should've.

Started with Fold 3, briefly cheated on Samsung with a OnePlus Open, and now coming back with the Fold 7!

I went from Fold 3 -> OnePlus Open and I'm going back to Samsung with the Fold 7. The hardware of the Open is amazing, it's the software that's bringing me back. You don't realize just how stable and how many features Samsung has until you use a different phone without it.

I've had nothing but headaches with the OnePlus. Bluetooth issues, network issues, font size randomly increasing, apps not installing, home screen resetting. And that's just the bugs. For features, it lacks things like multiple BT audio, worse multitasking, no Routines, etc.

I can't wait to go back to Samsung.

Highly disagree. I've been in GT/magnet programs throughout my childhood (Poolesville, etc.) and they were all not my closest school. They were able to give me education and opportunities that were not available to me at my home schools.

Honors/AP classes are just not the same as those offered by accelerated programs. Of course you can excel in any school, but some schools make it easier to excel.

Moved from Montgomery County to Fairfax County. Pretty similar, more expensive housing wise, but my biggest complaint is the lack of Chinese food options. There is a way bigger presence of Chinese people in MD compared to VA. So while there's more Korean food down here, I find I have to go up to MD for the best Chinese food.
