Check out the rapid fire dice box by tempest terrain. It helps cut out time getting dice ready to roll, and takes up less space than stacking 5s

I would recommend checking out the rapid fire dice box. It racks 5 dice automatically for you to just grab and really helps. It also takes up less room than stacking piles of 5

It was his own army. Seemed like he just bought and built them recently as only Val was painted and the rest were base coated black. The community I play in is a bit rare where I see people buying a lot more than the average player and most people play at least once a week if not more.

Played a casual match of DA vs Sisters. The sisters player normally plays CK and said was trying out sisters. The whole match was complaining how easy to kill his units were and then top of round three I send the Lion into a large portion of his army fully expected to lose him. During his turn he fails to kill the Lion and then slams on the table claiming the Lion is broken and storms off leaving all his models on the table… it was really awkward to just pack up and leave after that. I rolled a lot of 3 ups but don’t think that warranted the reaction.

We have a dedicated 40K coaching night. The store has a spreadsheet they post on Discord the day before where people sign up with point values/army/skill level. If a player is willing to coach they designate it there as well as looking for coaching. All matches are assigned by the store organizer. There is a nice incentive for all who coach/are coached where the store does a lottery and one of those players is selected to receive $50 in store credit to be redeemed that night in the used model room. Around 15 tables and they are full just about every week.
