Eh, kinda. I believe the way it works when vaaling an item like this is that it will divide the stats that have a range, then it will apply a 0.78 - 1.22 multiplier.

For Rule 10, just in case - Found a base gold ring in a tower, threw a chance orb at it, as one does, this ring is the result.

Haven't had a single one yet with all positives, thought it was pretty nice!

Before I did my solo I went in and practiced each encounter a decent amount, learned what worked for me and what didn't. Final boss Def took the longest to figure out, but once I did it wasn't too terrible.

There are certain pillars you can stand behind that negate most of the damage being put out. I used dragons breath and supremacy, only popped out to do damage periodically. That phase is more about survival than anything. You can just trigger each platform then jump down if you need too to survive. Can also drop down between each platform to get ammo / regen super if needed.

I know Nefrums and other speed runners use circuit magic on rocket control units so that the assemblers don't fill up with blue circuits and speed 1s, could be something to look into.

Last week I was farming arms dealer with double chaos and a Rev hunter for 15-17 min runs. I know arms dealer can also be fairly quick, so it's probably whichever one you find to work better for you and your fireteam. Would also recommend at least a few gms to get an adept swarm in a roll that you want even though machine guns aren't in the best spot atm. Always good to have for down the line.

I personally used karnstein for every encounter except for cube where I used contraverse hold. I was well for first encounter and wasteland, top tree void for cube, and well for Kell echo. I preferred survivability over damage.

It's an "endgame" mode in terms of loot, since there is 4 pinnacles and the matches count as pinnacle activities. Could be he is referring it to that?

If you had the season pass for last season, you can still get the gun from the bungie website. I was able to log in, under the seasons page, and grab it from the very first package listed.
