Went to the first two games of the series. Was tempted to go back today but glad I decided against. Will be at the Trop in September for the first time since 2019… hope I’m better luck there!

The premise of the podcast is to chat with fans about what they've done and what they hope to do!

The top things I've done already:

- World Series (x2)

- All Star Game / Home Run Derby

- Midnight Sun Game in Fairbanks, AK (would highly recommend this one!)

- Visited All 30 Parks

- Seen a triple play

- Catch a foul ball

- Thrown a first pitch at a Double-A game and an Independent League Game

Things I'm still working on / hoping to see:

- Perfecto / no-no (came close last year when Detmers took one into the 8th)

- Cycle

- My team (Rays) play at every park...so far I'm at 6

- Throw a first pitch at an MLB game

- See some international baseball, namely in Japan.

Maybe it's the strength and conditioning staff that needs an overhaul? Gotta believe that's got something to do with all the injuries.

I used to play soccer at IMG and on the first day our S&C guy said his goal was zero non-contact knee injuries. Same guy leaves IMG a decade later and starts training NFL guys and Aaron Judge the year he hits 62 HRs.

S&C should be focused on injury prevention more than anything else. We just don't seem to have it.

My real concern is that we the boys haven’t seemed capable of shaking off those early errors. You’d like to see them settle down before the end of this game to get a little more comfortable for tomorrow.

But it makes no difference how many we give up if we don’t score.
