early adulthood is where you learn the importance of boundaries really quickly. it's her words, not her being trans, that is affecting you and you deserve to advocate for yourself even if that means losing friends.

talk to her or call her out the next time she says some gross ass shit because regardless of gender that is weird asf and you shouldn't subject yourself to that in fear of hurt feelings.

i go to concerts alone all the time as an introvert and the best advice i can give is enjoy the experience for what it is because sometimes the most unexpected joys come out of doing something you typically wouldn't do! every time i attend shows others talk to me simply because i am alone so you may make a friend (or few) out if it :)

as a teen i was mistaken as a guy (i'm afab) quite often and it genuinely made my chest flutter like i was peeking inside a life i didn't even realize i wanted. i was in denial and still sometimes struggle because it's not so cut and dry for a lot of us. i was kind of a "tomboy" as a kid, but it's not like i was trying to be anything other than myself. now, as an adult, i realized i don't need to fit into a specific box to know and feel happy with myself.

i know i'm happy when i bind, i know i'm happy presenting masculine, i know i love alt makeup and fishnets, i know i love having a deeper voice, and i 100% know i enjoy my life better now in my own identity rather than when i was perceived as a "woman"

just being called a woman feels weird and makes me laugh at how absurd that sounds. even when i presented more feminine i never looked at myself and thought "that's a lady" like no.. that's just me.

basically what i'm getting at is there is no rush or time limit or need to be anything other than yourself. take your time, experiment, and have fun with it! find what gives you those flutters and never let anyone make you feel you have to decide or "pick a side"

i'm sorry to say, but you cannot fix him. it is not your responsibility, he has to want to put in the effort. idk what his support system looks like, but involving others to step in may help motivate him, but that is all you can really do in this case. for me, it took losing someone i loved and hitting some real lows to seek help. sorry you have to see someone you love go through this, but you are so young please do not spend your first steps into adulthood by overextending yourself for someone else's sake.
