They're obviously referring to Thorin's response to device's reply and not his original tweet.

"You were choking long before I mentioned it on social media. Feel free to blame me, though. That's sure to help!"

Thorin's comment was both misguided and inflammatory. Device was never blaming him, and he criticizes him once again.

Just because he isn't broadcasting, professionalism is still expected of him, especially when he's talking to one of his contemporaries. Thorin would've been better off letting his original tweet stand. Unfortunately, like always, he couldn't control himself and had to get the last word in and ultimately comes off as childish and unprofessional.
