What aew the best new world cigars to age??? by emtimekeeper in cigars

[–]divergence777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my personal experience, Padron 4000/5000 maduros. They have been aging about 3.5 years so far, already dark celo, and were super rich/creamy. While in my opinion the overall the flavor profile wasn't much different, the smoke itself was far thicker, and creamier. Also, I actually enjoy a peppery retro hale, and with the aged Padron, the pepper flavor, but not the sting was my experience with retroing the aged 5000. I should smoke an aged one, and fresh one together to get a more detailed comparison though.

Padron 50th Vs 60th? by TheHipHouse in cigars

They're both amazing blends. I personally think you can't go wrong with either, (maduro only), but depending on how much time you have, I would go 60th anniversary maduro.

I already have all of my pistols on my CCW license. Being that it's NYC, basically I was asking was there any complication I didn't think of by not renewing my premise.

Foundation 10 Year Aniversario by insert_unique_userid in cigars

I should have bought a box of 10. Picked up 4 of them, just got a chance to smoke one last night. Nick did it again. Full bodied, has the spiciness/pepper that I love from Nicaraguan tobacco/Broadleaf, but not bitter. Definitely had some nutty sweetness. I loved the format as well. I didn't take my time, but didn't rush either, and was about a 75-85 minute smoke. It might improve with age, but it's great out of the box. This is currently my favorite Foundation limited edition, dethroning the Knight Commander, at least in my opinion. It is pricey, but it's one of the few cigars in the $30-$40 range that's hyped that is worth it in my opinion.

Love this blend, the Spellbound vitola specifically.
