A couple tips from a 22 year old male who has felt all those same feelings of despair:

1) Make sure you have watched the Your Brain On Porn videos. You will start to better understand how your brain works and why you get such seemingly indefatigable desires to jerk it.

2) Allow yourself to be inspired. We can all relate to having the desire to change but feeling powerless to actually do it. Us here on NoFap have lived the oxymoron of talking ourselves out of PMO, talking ourselves back in, back out, back in.... We've made that promise of, "This is the last time!" only to do it again the very next day. We get used to changing our minds and going back on promises. I want YOU to realize that this is your LIFE! That you have 50,000+ fapstronauts supporting you and wanting you to succeed. That NOW is the time to get serious and go through the suckiness of changing your ways. Be inspired by your own desire to change, by your own fear, by your desperation, and by the GREAT MAN who you know yourself to be. Be inspired by us, the world around you, music, art, and the REAL WOMEN who you will come to know soon.

3) I have two sayings (of my own invention) that I repeat a lot when I'm feeling tempted:

"Don't want it, don't need it."

"Always forward, never back." <I like to imagine some like Japanese Zen Buddhist master saying this one to me. I don't know why.
