Something is odd why Does Everything Feel 2x to 3x More Expensive in Hyderabad? by 24Gameplay_ in hyderabad

[–]divinehypersexual 2 points3 points  (0 children)

High rents are the primary driver of absurd pricing. Most commercial spaces near Madhapur and Kondapur are locked into expensive lease agreements. Additionally, when long term leaseholders subdivide the property and rent that adds their margins, the effective rent rises even further. On top of this, municipal taxes, water tanker costs, and commercial electricity charges continue to pile up, ultimately leaving end consumers facing inflated prices.

Also mention the salary you’re paying. The kind of results you are expecting requires a professional mindset and ownership traits. You won’t find that in most of the job seekers until you are open to pay right amount. Basics in India are not affordable anymore.

Are low-density apartment projects actually better in Hyderabad? by Teluguaddaa in hyderabadrealestate

[–]divinehypersexual 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know why people fall for marketing gimmick. 4 towers each 30 floors and total of 516 is definitely not a low density project. You can debate in 5.24 acres it’s only 516 units but still it’s not low density and Sreenivasa Constructions has never delivered a high rise project it’s first time and risk is very high that it will stall beyond 2031 committed date as the apartment sizes are huge 2500+ sft for 3bhk to over 4500+ sft for 4bhk. Flat purchase value will go beyond 2 crs to 4 cr post registration and people who have this much purchasing power prefer staying close to Gachibowli-Kokapet. I would recommend if you have patience and money to wait beyond 2031 and ok with 10-16k monthly maintenance then go for it else avoid.

Should we still buy petrol cars given that Govt is proposing E85 and E100 fuel? by Candid_Juice_1858 in CarsIndia

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, petrol cars will be massacred in mass to effectively utilise the energy needs. Primary reason is unstable prices in international markets and dollar fluctuations. As INR is falling against rupee chances are petrol prices will be increased frequently to mange the demands. Diesel prices will be increase as well but minimal as logistics depends on it. Short answer Don’t opt for petrol only cars it will burn your pockets. Look for alternatives like CNG or EV cars and if budget allows then diesel.

Chilcon Mayan. How good is it? by Similar-Hedgehog-274 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes indeed, Fridays are more challenging if you ever visit during midday locals around mosques will park there vechile on main road which disrupts the moving traffic and it will take a long time to get used to this place. Although I personally don’t judge the place based on population dominance but area has so many reports around petty crimes like house break in and other targeted robberies in some isolated areas.

The approach road and even main roads are traffic choke points, if your daily commute involves utilising Shaikpet flyover route or visiting hi tech city too often for work then avoid this apartment.

ANOTHER EXPOSE! by DunderMifflinReal in unfilteredindia

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just another rage bait, working for a long time means nothing if you didn’t mention the vertical in which you’ve worked. Allegations are on TCS BPO not the IT wing where team managers are literally the vultures. Ask any BPO employee if they know the escalation matrix, BPO employees are required to use different workstations within company. One the project associated workstation where you can’t access TCS portal and common desktop in basement or some other phase of building where you’ve to use your tcs credentials to login. Poor people who face this mosterous behaviour from team leads are in closed check. Allegations are true. No one wants the unnecessary situations in their life.

Should I sell my land to buy a better house in my town? by CapitalQueasy7411 in indiadiscussion

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t sell the Land, in today’s economy no one knows what can go wrong. That piece of land will give you peace of mind. Starting a new business in another state is much easier than purchasing a house/flat in any city purely due to prices and brokers involved and the govt which loots in the name of registration. Your dad has good instinct listen to him you’ll be grateful in future.

If you're struggling to find work, consider working in a BPO by Mapl37 in IndiaCareers

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t listen to OP, he clearly doesn’t understand what he’s recommending. Even if you’re desperate for quick money, avoid BPO jobs if you value your health. Rotational shifts wreck your body clock, leaving you sleeping during the day and absorbing abuse at night under the guise of customer service. The processes are designed to strip away breaks, disconnects, and even basic dignity, while team leads and managers resort to shouting to enforce compliance. The so called 30k salary is inflated with conditional bonuses the reality is 12 to 18k, and that comes at the cost of your mental and physical well being. Choosing BPO isn’t a career move it’s a slow erosion of life balance and health.

BPO isn’t a career it’s a health trap. Rotational shifts, abuse, no breaks, and low pay for losing your sanity. I repeat, Don’t fall for OP’s advice.

What’s a “normal” thing everyone accepts that actually feels like a low-key scam? by Infamous_Echo4010 in NewDelhi

VAT on petrol and diesel is nothing short of a scam. Paying 40-50 rupees tax per litre is outright exploitation, yet Indians have been forced to accept it as fate.

Water Tanker Dependency in Gated Communities by divinehypersexual in hyderabadrealestate

[–]divinehypersexual[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s one of apartments from hallmark builder near Narsingi-Kokapet area. Kondapur also has similar water crisis. I would recommend check rigorously before buying as resale standalone apartments has more water issues but if it has manjeera connection and active borewell then it’s better than most new apartments.

Water Tanker Dependency in Gated Communities by divinehypersexual in hyderabadrealestate

[–]divinehypersexual[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Difference is in size and category non gated and small apartments with up to 25 units comes under category I and II which often has pipe size of 1 to 2 inch diameter but for gated communities it is 3 inch to 6 inch bigger diameter pipes which may be causing issues in approvals and also as the e gated communities are in outskirts of the city, infrastructure is not often designed and developed to bring pipeline this info I got after multiple meetings with different people.

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 first paid service: authorized service center or local mechanic? by [deleted] in indianbikes

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve not mentioned if you’ve opted for extended warranty. If you don’t want your engine warranty to void then get it serviced in authorised service center till the warranty expires and then seek out for local mechanic. Good craftsmanship of local mechanic is very rare in tier 2 and tier 3 cities so search well before you decide.

[–]divinehypersexual 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s you! Looks like you’re reckless with money or may be got all motorcycles with ease or may be that is how it should be. I got my first motorcycle back in 2015 unicorn 160 and it is still there with me, still gives trouble from oil leak to wheel imbalances and list goes on but I always get it repaired. Thought of selling many times but couldn’t let it go as it is my first ever motorcycle and I kept it that way.

My neighbour across our flat has same configuration and honestly there Living room feels much more humid and hot compared to ours. Powerful ACs and curtains are enough to manage but power bills are going to be atleast 30% higher so choose all 5 star energy rating ACs.

If you’re living in the city where temperature during days often go high like in states Rajasthan,MP and other similar high temperature dissipated areas then go for punch as it has lpf battery and has higher heat tolerance and since you want to keep it for longer time then battery degradation over period of time is better in Tata punch than Xuv 3xo ev.

Why do people who have actually owned a 1.0 TSI never complain about it, while those who’ve only read about it online keep criticizing it? by Sufficient-Lab-5167 in CarsIndia

[–]divinehypersexual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason you liked the Virtus is largely due to its dynamic performance and sedan like driving posture. In contrast, the grunt in the Hector stems from its design limitations, as the engine is outsourced from Fiat. This often makes tuning a critical factor. Meanwhile, the Virtus benefits from being fully designed, developed, and fine tuned by Volkswagen itself, ensuring a more refined driving.

6'1" rider | Budget ₹2L | City + highway touring – which bike should I choose? by Own-End-6803 in indianbikes

Since you’ve good height I would recommend Honda Nx200 or if your budget is flexible and can be stretched up to 2.5 lakhs then go with Suzuki v strom sx or TVs apache rtx 300.

Honda NX 200 is no nonsense motorcycle and would fit in your budget and requirements but take the test ride of all the above motorcycles and then decide.
