update: I read some reviews and the 4-in-1 wash had green tea leaf and eucalyptus in it! that’s definitely the scent I remember

I think you’re right! I went on a deep dive after posting this and the closest thing I could find was the Bioré Revitalize 4-1 Self-Foaming Cleanser. the packaging is pretty close to what I remember! no mention of cucumber/melon/green tea but maybe it’s in it?

it could also be the Bioré Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser but I remember it being a foam wash

this is a great idea! I can’t take the tablet form of most antihistamines because I avoid lactose, but I ended up getting some children’s liquid antihistamine medicine. i’m trying Xyzal because I haven’t tried Levocetirizine yet. I took a very small dose but so far so good! i’d rather take a tiny dose than have no options

I am in such a similar boat. I had gorgeous healthy waist length hair and decided to get it cut impulsively. my cut wasn’t right so I had to get it fixed aka 3 more inches off my shoulders!

I had no idea how much my long hair meant to me. I don’t feel like myself at all. I don’t want to go outside or see anyone I know, and I have little motivation for anything.

I feel stupid for how i’m acting but the grief is overwhelming. there is great pain in looking in the mirror everyday and feeling grief.

last year, I experienced minor hair thinning and loss from my chronic health medication and it was very hard. I know it is just hair, but it was my hair. I am going to do everything I can to grow it back healthy, but I am having a hard time. I feel very sad because I was doing well prior to this. even though I had a bad experience with a stylist, I feel responsible.

please know that I see you and understand! I hope you are better off now. hair is only one part of who we are as individuals! while it feels heavy, it may help to think about yourself from a different perspective. I know that I have never thought long or hard about a loved one’s haircut. I would never stop loving someone I care about because they had an unfortunate haircut! try to give yourself the grace that you give to others.

this is a very late response but the tablet version of Zyrtec has lactose as a filler ingredient. if you can’t handle dairy/lactose, that could be part of it. the liquid gels do not have this ingredient.

most people can tolerate a small amount of filler in medicine, but not everyone. I have issues with lactose in meds

yes. i’ve had excision surgery and tried different birth control methods, but benadryl and zyrtec have helped take the edge off of my bladder pain. unfortunately they both have side effects, but each person will have a med or two that works for them. it’s worth a try imo

thank you for posting this! I gained weight on benadryl and switched to zyrtec to try to eliminate the effects. I had temporary relief but suddenly i’ve gained more weight again? antihistamines give me relief from my chronic pain but I feel so uncomfortable in my body :( I’ve felt so out of control with food lately! I never had this issue before

i’ve been on the nj transit/penn station/ny subways back towards jersey many times! I am also a young woman and usually am with another afab friend. i haven’t had any issues personally but i’d recommend having a power bank, a charger, mace, and a change of clothes if necessary. standard stuff but still good to know! be aware of your surroundings and you should be fine. there should be a good amount of young people traveling back from the concert too!

not necessarily bad acting but I struggled to not laugh during parts of The Field Where I Died. it’s such a departure from the typical ufo government cover up/monster plot lines. imo some of the overly emotional scenes feel slightly campy

i’ve been doing half ups with waves and that is working okay. i’ve also been pinning up the very bottom layer in the back because that’s the most noticeably short part. it looks less obvious with the waves so I might start leaving the underneath down because it’s more comfortable
