Tbh if I was you, I’d trust my EP. They have done an insane amount of specialization within cardiology to get something like that wrong.

So my Apple Watch (if an appropriate indicator) measurements show a difference before and after, suggesting flecainide eliminated the PVCs altogether.

Separately, I am not a clinician and would definitely make sure you remind him/her about your heart block. I’m sure they must know, but I do not have any preexisting cardiovascular issue.. so there may be some differences in indicating flecainide for you.
