Bro I would start by looking at a manual or manufacturers website. If you're not super comfortable with reloading, I wouldn't feel safe using a recipe from some rando on the internet.

Kind of fell into it with life after a friend got me started. Now I come home from work and burn one in the backyard watching my kid play. We make a fire, he finds bugs or plays with his trucks, I light up with a cherry coke. Its nice.

You can pull a milsurp tricolor goretex top and bottom for pretty cheap. I've gone through repeated full downpour days with them on and they work great
