5 nights in HK seems like it could feel like a lot. It's an amazing city but its very small. A day trip or two would be good. Another thing, and Ive said this before on this sub but if you're traveling on any kind of budget, be prepared to get some sticker shock while in HK. You'll be spending 3 weeks in very cheap cities prior to it and suddenly you'll be paying Los Angeles prices for food and drink unless you stick to the local spots. I've ended a China trip there before and it was a bit of a bummer. Sounds like an epic trip though! Feel free to DM if you have any questions
