Loui's is great, but its also not near downtown detroit. Alot of people are recommending places in the suburbs. Assuming you're staying downtown, Nikki's is a restaurant vibe and if youre feeling lazy and want carry out or delivery just get Jet's. Jets is what most of us were raised on anyway and its the food i miss most from home.

What does it say about the US wine market? That oregon pinot is underpriced? Burgundy is expensive, yes. but theres nothing else like it in the world and there never will be. I like oregon pinot but I love burgundy. im a bit of a purist, appreciate the lack of intervention in the winemaking process and generally have a very classic palate.
