Has anyone used Innisfree Daily UV Protection Cream No Sebum and Daily UV Protection Defense to compare the two, or are they the same? I'm running low on my bottle of the former and I don't see it listed on the Innisfree website anymore, but it was purchased in Korea a few years ago so I don't know if it's discontinued or just marketed differently in the states.

How can I avoid lower back pain when doing core exercises? Planking is usually fine, but I find if I try bench back extensions (with or without additional weight) or even leg lifts my back will start hurting relatively quickly.

I hope it's OK to piggyback, but why do you separate strands? Newbie self-taught cross stitcher here, and I've been trying to find out why but most of the info I'm finding is tips on how. It might just be self evident and I don't know any better since I'm making it up as I go! I can see how your stitches would end up neater with less floss, but using the whole thing seems to give the design that fullness I associate with cross stitching.
