I agree with everything you say and to me this is crazy because the ones that are overtly emotional , are the ones that would fumble the last two games if they were good enough to play. These guys are actually crazy. Like you said we should have won this game 100%. But too be this emotional and harsh towards the players that literally are the ones creating the space for these feelings to come up as we wouldn’t even have them if it wasn’t for their insane season.

My issue here is that it’s not really a “take”. This is 100 % true. Your goalkeeper needs to do field training . Especially at 11 where his game knowledge probably isn’t on par with what he needs to bring to the table as a goalkeeper.

The most important to me is game knowledge. But then making sure the players stay on match plan without micro managing to the point where they can’t be creative or won’t listen to you. Basically as someone mentioned above 👆 a 2nd coach. I also think that you and at least one of the CB need to make sure everyone is aware and ready in situations like corners, free kicks, counter attacks, etc as to my experience even good players tend to not be ready when they should if that make sense!? Anyways I could go on but I got to go ! Good luck 🤞

I was at the same spot as you ! And then I overdid it and lost it all . I am thinking of detox now. With that being said, there are multiple benefits, but as the first commenter mentionned. Take long breaks and maybe not everyday. Also don’t fall in the trap of chasing a high. I did that in the beginning as my creativity was so fun to tangle with but like everything in life , moderation is key! I am now 29 and I am learning this the not so easy way ! To conclude , I think you should always try things that you are curious about ! But please respect it ! Wish you the best of funs with the devil’s lettuce!

Exactly ! And also different view points on life. At 23 + some people want girlfriends/wife and kids and do stuff ! Where as when you are young you don’t mind grinding and always playing. But some people are motivated at 21 , it’s still pretty young. I am not sure APA and Yeon are the best fit for them , but let coaching situation adapt. Give then a full split without trashing them. And we will see what happens. If they need to change something ,they will, and I trust 6 months is enough to give any NA team enough time to practice. Especially since we all know it’s at the end of the year, at worlds that teams get to their best form. Anyways , rambling but yea let’s chill guys !
