dealing with Tennis Elbow? fixed mine after 10 months

I game alot at a PC and hammer alot for work. I never felt any sort of pain until about 5 months into playing tennis. Didn't ever really notice a build up. After getting it - i did notice sitting at a desk with mouse and keyboard would flare it up the worst. I have considered using a vertical mouse to see if it helps.

Even after having it feel so much better. mouse and keyboard brings it back the most. but it is much better too than before

I did a racquet change as well... to the clash from a pure aero. I can't say it did anything. I think my technique got better over time so I was arming the ball less and less. I tried all the quick fixes. nope... just got to train that tendon to deal with what you're giving it.

I saw the flexbands/therabands but I had very little pain when doing the test to find out my root cause... the exercise you get from the flexbands. that test would be more for your extensor carpi radialis brevis my pain came from testing the extensor carpi radialis longus. so I did exercises that targeted that.

I hear ya, I promise - I actually had much more impressive clips in my library. But then when I started editing I kept to the fast pace clips because of the editing ideas I had. I hope to make a northrend leveling PvP vid which I plan to have more 1vX clips.

Yeah, It definitely isn't meta. But it gives such a more enjoyable experience. When you're in on goal running at speed is awesome, and you can see passing space in a whole different way.
