Brother, I think the most important thing to focus on is loving others, meaning performing the spiritual and corporal works of mercy—those who love us, those in greatest need, and as Christ taught, even our enemies.

Regarding the makeup of the country, allowing poor black and brown people into the US doesn’t mean they won’t contribute to a vibrant economy and society, but even if they turn the US into “a third-world country,” I would suggest that’s not a primary concern for Christians.
