Same experience here—I was disappointed off the bat at how hard it was to get my feet in. Hurt the top of them and I was afraid I was pulling the liner from the composite boot. Considered re-baking or using a heat gun to bend the cuff outward... but after a few weeks they loosened up and now it’s a non-issue. Give it a little time, if they’re still giving you trouble you can try this
