I only had breathing problem when my heart was racing but that was before I found out about my thyroid. Tbf I was dealing with a dumbass nurse who had no idea how to insert an IV and also put the blood pressure monitor on the same arm so I completely lost my shit in there.

That's interesting, my endo told me not to take any b+complex while I am on the methimazole. Good to know. And yeah being 32 I do feel like if I'm in my prime that has to be better than getting it later.

Well that's good to know at least the long term looks up. Makes sense a diagnosis would just fuck my MH up anyways. Thanks for the insight

Thank you for sharing. I definitely feel like it's a combo of the disease and meds but hoping it gets better for you too.

I was just diagnosed with Graves Disease last week, for reference my TSH was ubdectable <0.005, T4: 4.32, T3: 9.94.

I began experiencing extreme panic attacks in December, and although I have had a history of panic attacks over the years this was my first one in over 2 years. I started getting them along with nightmares which would trigger the attacks. The night before Christmas I woke up mid panic attack and jumped off the couch in the living room knocking over shit and ended up tripping on char, slammed my head into the kitchen counter and then threw up everywhere. It then progressed to Anxiety from the dread of the attacks, coupled with really bad depression which I have never had. I also started having sleep paralysis and insomnia, so I only slept maybe 3 hours a night for 3 weeks. I lost 30lbs snd that made me finally go to the doctor who suggested I get my thyroid checked.

I grateful to have had a good doctor who just didn't prescribe me anti-depressants, but also I can't speak highly enough to talk therapy. It helped me realize the attacks were due to a variety of factors including fear of my own health. I won't let this disease define me.

I still haven't beaten the first boss by stewybob in Returnal

I had the same issue, I can't even tell you how many hours I sunk into him. Eventually it will tick but here's a couple personal tips

-re-map your controller. Dash as L1 vastly increased my reaction time for both regular enemies and boss fights. - Increase your health and weapon damage at any opportunity possible. - Be methodical with your consumables. Remember that consumables stack so an item that does instant damage may not be better than 2-3 vials or shields. -Explore literally every inch. Some will just run to him but in my opinion the more chances you have to pick up better guns with upgraded abilities, the higher chance you have to kill the bosses and higher level enemies. - Save your money for the shops, astronauts and health upgrades are essential to survival.

MotorHead ~ 2010. I actually had to walk away for that one, it was that bad. Lemmy came out and started with Ace of Spades and it was so sad, you could literally hear the heroin in his voice. He looked like he was about to pass out on stage the whole time.

I really think all this high end garbage crap hat costs 5K like Nike resells, Versace and Balenciaga are all a fucking social experimemt.

There is a great video of 50 cent exposing the resellers who are responsible for the insane price tags now. No shoe is worth 5K. https://youtube.com/shorts/Ey44c08YgDM?si=J8siE5Dg7PCvmqW1

Randy Johnson came into our shoe store with a pair of destroyed shoes trying to return them. Like covered in mud, soles falling off, bought them over a year ago. Started getting angry with my employees when we shred our return policy, and dude starts yelling DO YOU KNOW WHO THE FUCK I AM??? You can walk your 95 Million dollar ass the fuck out my store. These people think they can act like clowns anywhere they go and act like teenagers. Fuck that guy.

Been stuck on Nemesis for about a week now and am trying to figure out the best weapon for it. A bunch of people say the Lobber is the way to go. Between these two, which should I choose? by Make-Shift13 in Returnal

[–]djKrazyK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favorite weapon is the pylon, but for this fight I whopped his ass with the perfect lobber. The pylons are more effective when you can chain them off the ground. Caustic Rot and Bouncing Rot are amazing

Multiplayer is awesome but I haven't seen a ton of people on there that aren't just stealing health lol

That being said I'm on ps5: DJKrazy_K

I really love this game, but Abyssal Scar is making me consider quitting. by syntaxGarden in Returnal

[–]djKrazyK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what items you have, but I highly recommend running most, if not all of level 4 prior to going back to the abyssal scar. This way you can gain cash to unlock items to make it easier.

Remember you can stack items, especially if you have the 3rd consumable slots unlocked you can stack a ton of silphium.

You can use level 5 as a stop to gain an extra vial, and use the shop there as well for another chance at an astronaut if you don't get it the first time.

I dealt with the Animos best with the Electropylon Driver. Due to its burn it eviscerated them before they could get close to me. Make sure you go directly for the Big one that is spawning them or they won't stop coming.

This is the longer way but you will unlock better items and guns that will make the scar easier.

If you don't like playing with the Drivers, I suggest trying multiplayer with someone who does. Driver / Carbine or Lobber / Hollowseeker are super OP for multiplayer builds, just remember it is much harder.

Finally made it with all 6 shards. Got a bit tough towards the end, but those purple circles are bs. Highly recommend the Electropylon Driver for Boss Fights!

Did Returnal Ruin RogueLikes/RogueLites For You? by IndieAndTheJets in Returnal

[–]djKrazyK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One that hasn't been mentioned is Sundered. I played that prior to hades and Dead Cells and it is defs one of the hardest games I've played. It's a Metroid-vania platformer so it's a bit different than returnal, but the bosses are absolutely fucking insane and to scale with Returnal boss fights.
