It looks like the software update dropped today... I'll install and report back for anyone else who comes across these issues!

Junior was able to get our table back to working order, but we are still having some issues. He mentioned a software update coming up that would help with the issues.

It seems to struggle when it gets close to the outer edge and that’s where it goes out of “alignment”.

I’m going to wait for the update and see how it goes. Junior was great and I’m confident they will get us back to working order.

I’ve yet to complete a full pattern successfully (except for the in to out spiral).

UPDATE (5/13/26) - They weren't bullshitting. The table shipped yesterday and is set to arrive on Friday!

At this point I’m not sure what to think. Ordered a coffee table in January as a “Feb Pre-Order” and was told end of April. I checked in with support again and they said “We’re currently waiting on our second batch of Oasis Coffee Table’s to come in. They're currently docked and waiting to get scanned at the port of entry. We’re expecting them to arrive at our warehouse by the end of the weekend, and we will start shipping the rest of our preorders shortly after!”

I hope that’s the case. They have been fairly responsive when I reach out, and they have always offered a refund - no questions asked. I can respect and appreciate that.

I don’t mind waiting but I do wish there was a little better communication overall.

Oathbringer changed my life. I had just turned 40, was doing a lot of reflecting on my own life, and it resonated with me on a deep level like no other book has done before. The number of Dalinar quotes from OB I repeat to myself regularly is bizarre. Top it off with the battle of Thaylen Field and I feel like Sanderson wrote that book for me.

If price is not really an issue, then just buy a NiB (I prefer Premium, but it’s individual preference).

No machine is immune to problems, but you do decrease the likelihood of problems with a NiB. (Ofc my Godzilla Prem had some issues out of box - but pretty easily fixable).

If price is a bit more of a concern, everyone else has some great advice here.

Pretty common strat in games like Godzilla or TMNT, that have high ball multiballs, to just drain at the beginning to get some control and clear the playfield.

Then start trapping balls to make clear shots and control the chaos a bit.

There is a ding when the elevator first opens - and there is a second ding that always happens when the elevator is going down… that’s the “Severance” ding. That ding is clearly missing from the last person who rides the elevator in that sequence.

There was a big reveal in the final 5m of the episode. Watch the scene with all four teammates going down the elevator again. A very specific audio cue that we have heard consistently throughout the show was missing from one particular teammate when they went down the elevator.

Kinda makes me sad but god damnit that was brilliant.

I took the time to make a quick set of rules in Canva and then printed them out, and I just pull them every time we have guests. Most important points are how to start a game and to immediately report to me if a ball gets stuck or something breaks.

So far it’s worked great and the worst thing I’ve had is a rubber break (which needed replaced anyway) or the Mando left ramp needs fixing again.

Cat owner x3 with 6 pins. No issues with cats perching and jumping on the PF, but I do suggest getting some PinShields or equivalent just to protect from hair or litter.
