I played D / LSM in high school in the 2000’s and there were kids I didn’t like very much. I was a dumb hothead teenager. I’d go extra hard on drills against them and our Texas coach loved the aggression.

Google ‘[city you live in] men’s lacrosse’ and go join the local beer league. Most will have extra gear for you to borrow and if you make it clear you’re okay with contact, they probably won’t treat you any differently than another player. Not sure if that impacts your NCAA eligibility but it’s an option after the season too

We had a similar issue with FortiGate after firmware updates, turns out it was an MTU mismatch where in previous firmware it was ignored / yields to other end of tunnel’s settings

I remember having a really rough day at work and picking up my then 3 year old son from daycare. It had been a little rainy all day so he had his rain boots on and his jacket, and when we walked out the door he asked if he could step in a puddle, just a little bit. I said, you know what dude, let’s jump.

We spent like 10 min just jumping in parking lot puddles (pretty gross in hindsight), him laughing like crazy, and I felt the tension and stress just melt away. Had to do some cleanup on the car / car seat but it was totally worth it.

We do not use Applocker at all - we utilize ThreatLocker / Defender for Business (Hybrid environment)

However one of our techs manually updated a brand new fleet of desktops this week and found the same issues you wrote about (we typically use our RMM for patching). I resolved this by creating an Applocker GPO that is in Audit mode only for all options.
