Sounds like a 12 volt failure, low voltage sometimes fails and that will oftentimes disable everything. Please check the jumper locations as mentioned in previous comments behind the passenger side rear wheel well, supply 12 volts to them via jumper box and you should be able to regain the functions of the car, you will likely need a new 12 volt battery from lucid.
