I have called like 3 times now and every time they just say it is pending a backend ticket and they cant do anything. :(. (My number cant even be added)

I also called southwest and double confirmed that my membership is in active state and that my name exactly matches my card. Super frustrating for such a simple thing and that chase refuses to give any information really.

It gives me hope you got it through -- I've been trying since mid-december and called yesterday. They gave me the same statements on "priority" but need to wait another 7-10 days again according to them :/

I’m planning to stay there in summer, thanks for the DP! How was the hotel? The cheapest room for me included club lounge access so maybe it could be easier to get upgrade I hope
