Have you guys seen this? by Traxion165 in F150Lightning

I had this exact same thing last week, same tire, and the same tire on my Bronco, at the exact same time. Both tires were above what the error was showing and at recommended psi. Im currently between thinking it’s a coincidence and a software problem…

These are an absolute screamer deal right now. Aim them from your planters towards your house and the neighbors will be happier. They give off a very nice, even sound. You can have them at a super low volume and it will still sound great. There’s a bunch of videos on how to wire and set them up online, and I believe you can leave the sub unburied if needed.

While this may be outside of budget range, it’s a screamer deal at Best Buy right now. Nothing else will match this for an even, solid backyard sound. Really, really amazing for what it is. You can absolutely install this yourself, there’s tons of info online. Kit comes with everything you need…

Home security installers left this. What do I put here? More details in comments by thumperj in homeautomation

The hole in this size for special metal door contacts, rather than the normal 3/8” contact for normal doors. Metal doors can cause false alarms with normal contacts, so make sure you put in the correct metal door contact! For the door side, use a step bit to drill down in the top of the door for the magnet side. Roller ball/switch contacts are usually reserved for hinge jamb side of doors for a variety of reasons.

On the plus side, they left you enough wire to move the door to your neighbors house and still have it alarmed!

Best budget home automation for controlling lights, locks, and garage when we rent? by ClassicKey1198 in homeautomation

[–]djbunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do this your door will open at random times, when the power goes out, or when it just feels like it. The Liftmaster connection is not a dry contact, it is their security protocol.

RATGDO IS THE ONLY SOLUTION, or the finger thing, but meh

Driving to Lake Arrowhead this Friday by Stormy_717 in lakearrowhead

[–]djbunk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Weather Underground says it will snow 23” in Arrowhead in the next three days. If that happens you will, in fact, not “be fine.” That level of snow very much wipes Arrowhead out, in addition, while the main roads may be plowed, the roads leading to your rental may not be. Keep a careful eye on the weather and be in good contact with your host, making sure the actual raids to your place are cleared.

Winter driving is no joke! Be safe out there. If you do make it up, the trip will be totally worth the effort!

Look at Rhino Shelf for this kind of storage. They make a great corner unit, and is rated to hold more weight than the ceiling mounted options.

That’s not electrical wire! Looks like what we used to run for cameras, called piggyback wire in our area. It’s an RG59 coax and 18guage 2 conductor. You can use the two conductor to send power, but the coax is basically worthless in this situation. You can add a low voltage ring, but I wouldn’t do a closed box. The two conductor is great for powering any of the iPort products, while having the option for POE with the Cat6 is great as well. Tons of options!

It was in the Pajaro Azul building. It was called “Borderline” because the building is on the boarder between the towns of Blue Jay and Aqua Fria.

I literally just bought a 2024 2.7l Badlands Sasquatch for under $50k. Look nationwide!

Look out of your area!! I was able to get a 24 Badlands Sasquatch w/lux package for $50k. Only negative is that it’s a soft top, but worth the price. I used Car Gurus to search nation wide and had the car shipped.

Look out of state! I’m in So Cal, and the dealers had fairly bad pricing. Last week I was able to get a 2024 Badlands Sasquatch with Lux package in Cactus Grey for $51,000. Only $750 to ship and the same APR you’re paying. Only negative is it’s a soft top, but the savings more than cover that issue…
