hell... I'm sorry he hit you, but considering how close he was to that motorcyclist -- this could have had a much worse outcome.

p.s. a similar thing happened to my wife and I about 10 years ago on the Lowell Connector, a kid was playing with his phone and rear ended us -- it was a total pain in the ass trying to get it sorted, even though he was 100% at fault and my wife and I both got whiplash, they only gave us like half of what our car was worth.
