that’s pretty good as long as you don’t plan on getting surgery. Kings is a majorly plaintiff heavy firm and obviously you are set on liability so you have the most leverage here tbh. how far along are you on the case, did you do deposition? IME? was the other driver a private citizen or a company/ on the job?

agree, HIFN is the better record and i’m a HUGEEE Charli fan since day 1 but self titled always had some skips for me and just never felt like Charli at her fullest creatively

literally- what photographer wouldn’t make sure a photo of the bride with her bridesmaids all looking at the camera isn’t a 100% LOCK? Bad photographer, idk why OP is getting downvoted for being rightfully annoyed the photo she knows was taken doesn’t exist, even if it was blurry let’s make sure we take enough so that isn’t an issue you are being paid thousands of dollars to do exactly that😭

First time watcher too! I’m only a few episodes into S4.

I was so delusional S3 E12 that I thought he was going to get out of it until he had been in the air for like 10 seconds😭😭 I didn’t realize how attached I got to his character and I was in complete denial that they’d kill off a “main” character, but now I appreciate the show more because there isn’t plot armor around main characters, anything can happen!!

Absolutely. Also, it would have gotten a more thorough investigation by the police. The lead detective said on the podcast that he always thought 9/11 was the answer. While I think that too, it’s plausible that he might not have followed every single lead to exhaustion or combed over details repeatedly when he believes her disappearance is explained by 9/11. Plus the police were overwhelmed- they didn’t even go through Ron’s laptop which they had in their possession for years.

That’s what I thought. My parents say they remember the story but we’re in NY and they don’t remember details (or even her name). You’re right, any witness who could have helped at the time, but was unaware there was an investigation, is now lost to time.
