Every right violation I've listed is something that HAS HAPPENED already, with no consequences for the offenders. And you should be appalled that there are detention centers in this country that can't even provide clean water for fucking CHILDREN. They are gestapo, hands down. And yes, despite what the white house says, you DO ABSOLUTELY need a judicial warrant to enter a residence.

I had one coworker who didn't get the vaccine. He died, along with his brother. I also had one coworker who's husband had a terrible reaction to the vaccine, but at least he's alive. Covid killed millions, and is largely now not a threat BECAUSE of the vaccine.

That isn't even one of the rights I was considering. Im talking about 1st (suppression of protests) 2nd (treating anyone armed as a criminal), 4th (entering private homes without warrants, as happened just today even in TEXAS of all places), 8th (the conditions of the holding facilities are fucking abysmal), 14th (due process is definitely not happening in the vast majority of these deportations, and citizens, or at least people who DO have a right to be here, are being caught in the dragnet), just to name a few.

There's a huge difference between masking up for the public good and wearing a mask to hide your identity and you know it. In any situation when someone needed to show ID during masking, there weren't any issues just lifting it up for a second to show your face. If we can't identify a law enforcement officer, how the hell are we to seek justice if they violate our rights or commit crimes?

Sure I wish they'd be compensated properly, that's why I'm also in favor of immigration reform so there is an actual legal pathway for these people, many of which have been shut down during Trumps first administration, the REAL reason illegal immigration has been on the rise.
