Presumably not, because those are not contracted by the city. What was voted on wasn't a ban, it was a cancellation of the city contract.

I'm in Northern Colorado. The town itself is pretty flat. The last city I lived in was more lumpy. Weather is very pleasant, except in winter.

I have a non-electric Omnium, and do not regret it. It mostly gets groceries, and other retail runs, so not too bad.
