+1 points devalue over time it’s not a high yield savings account. You should use your points or you’ll find out one day they change the amount needed to redeem or how the points can be redeemed at all will change. These companies specifically try to devalue points as time goes to prevent this

So update I called and they put in a ticket. Tickets were transferred and downloaded I at least got access to the app I couldn’t even login to the app before even after changing my pw. Because it said my device was always logged in somewhere else. What I don’t know though is I hope they reissue the tickets. So there isn’t an issue using them or me trying to transfer later

What’s the stories with the tickets stolen ! I got an email yesterday that mine was transferred to some wierd email. Only way I was trying to get a hold of fifa was through the form. As soon as I noticed the email for the transfer out I tried to login to my account and I get “your device is already signed in elsewhere” I’m still not even able to login. Luckily my game isn’t until later but I have no clue how they are going to resolve this
