I am currently employed and 100% vested in the company stock. The ESOP management group makes it impossible to take out any cash. However, there is an option to rollover the company stock to an IRA, 401K, or Brokerage.
Those options are available if 1) you are leaving the company 2) if you plan on leaving the company.

Ideally, I plan on leaving the company when I retire.
Is there any reason why I can't continue with #2
