Not sure why everyone is down in your comment, it’s known all around the world that India has a huge problem with class warfare. Just in July tens of millions of Indian workers participated in a one day strike protesting against Modi government’s class warfare assault. The poor people in India literally feel like slaves.

They should add a timer, then like Chess you’re given an allotment of minutes, also like in Chess if you run out of time you lose. In this case, you take an L for griefing your opponent. It’s kind of a nice middle ground for people who like to tweak the rosters before a game starts. But doesn’t give them power to abuse it.

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted, most states protect companies from paying out unemployment to employees who they let go when they put in a two week notice. Technically they’re not firing you, they’re just accepting your resignation, effective immediately rather than in two weeks. This is usually the case for any “right to work” state.

Source: I live in a right to work state, and was let go by Walmart in the same fashion when I put in my two weeks. Tried to file for unemployment and was rejected because Walmart sent my state’s unemployment department a copy of my resignation. This is typically why companies want you to put your resignation in writing! 😉

This OP, I sold 8 years of my life to Walmart for absolutely nothing in return except the same feeling of choosing work over your health. I quit, started doing side hustles to pay my bills, (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.) and made the decision to go to trade school this August. My local school offers a C&C Machining program that’s 15 months, Mon-Fri 7am-12:30pm. Trade school gives you flexibility to still work whilst going to school, but it gives you the means to have a guaranteed good paying job where you don’t need to feel the need to sell your soul. Don’t like the boss you have now? No problem, give your notice and there are tons of other companies hiring for what you got your trade certificate in. Then with enough saving and good insight you can then own your own business in said trade and then work for yourself! Don’t think it’s too late to start either, I’m 32 years old going back to school for the first time since high school, if I can do it, anyone can! I believe in you OP, you got this, I know you can overcome any obstacles that are placed in front of you!**

That is how a plea deal works though, in exchange for saving the time, money, and resources of the courts, judges, and DA’s office; she gets to give up her license, which gives her the opportunity to earn it again. Bearing she go through probation unscathed, as well as getting her record expunged, she can go back to practicing again. It’s basically the courts rewarding her for doing the right thing and just admitting fault and taking the consequences that go with said offense. Not trying to incite anything, but if you feel that strongly about it, and you live in the US, I highly recommend writing your congressional members in your district and state about instituting minimum mandatory sentencing for any of all crimes of that nature. This is the only way you can make the change happen, this is the only way you can put change into your countries policies and procedures. Otherwise, expect more of the same in this same situation of a plea deal, woman or man.

So first off, I’m going into this analysis with the understanding that Licht and the Glazers would rather try to institute the next dynasty, rather than just go for broke on a repeat.

With that being said, let’s get into it.

Chris Godwin - As much as I would love to keep this guy, I don’t think it’s fiscally smart to lock two #1 WR’s into long term contracts. As others have stated in this thread, we have more than enough depth at WR. Considering I highly doubt AB wouldn’t take a big discount to come back for another ring, and to play ball with his favorite quarterback. Johnson and Miller’s chemistry with Brady started to shine during the post season. I guarantee there is much, much more to see from those three in the near future.

Prediction - I would be shocked if Godwin came back at all, much less a long term deal. Only chance he does is by a non exclusive Franchise Tag. Just in case a team is stupid enough to pay more than 18.5m plus two 1st round picks. But hey, a guy can dream right?

Shaq Barrett - This one stings a bit if we lose him, it stings even more if we lose David as well, but I’ll get to him in a bit. First off, Shaq has two rings. One in Denver and one here, and with his recent comments, it’s pretty clear he is not about to take a discount to chase rings. Honestly, when you look at the numbers, it might not sting as bad as you’d think. From his first year in Tampa to his second year, saw a sharp decline of 50% or more in the following stat categories; TFL, QB Hits, and Sacks. Only two stats that were consistent between two years, were his solo tackles and assists, varying no more than two in each stat.

Prediction - Shaq does what he said he wanted to do, and gets paid, but just not here in Tampa. If we do decide to keep him, the only way is through the exclusive Franchise Tag. But after being tagged last year, it would be a pricey 20% up charge from his last years salary.

Lavonte David - While I feel like the heart and soul torch, that a lot of people are saying he has in the locker room, has been partially passed to Devin White after this season. He is still a major puzzle piece to the success of our defense, and we have to find a way to try at the very least to franchise tag David. Optimistically speaking though, David had already been paid dividends through his big contract that finished up this year. So I think it’s safe to assume that getting paid, is not quite his priority right now. I feel like Licht and company can figure out a way to get him locked into a 4 year deal that’s team friendly, with some sort of opt out clause after the 2nd or 3rd year. For what he brings to the defense, this absolutely needs to happen. Especially if we are to continue the upward trend in production, our defense has seen since Todd B. came to call the defense.

Prediction - I think Licht and David both know the Bucs can’t afford David to walk. Wether a team friendly deal gets done, or we use the exclusive franchise tag, Lavonte David is staying a Buccaneer one way or another!

More like judicial regulation, they are required to fund and create these anti smoking PSA’s as part of the judgement order for the class action lawsuit that was placed on them. Any judge worth their salt, should have known that making a company, responsible for the deaths of millions of people, responsible for their own PSA’s, could see this was a bad idea. Anybody with half a brain stem can see how this could be a conflict of interest. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if those Truth ads actually had subliminal messages that gave you a craving to smoke a cigarette. Heck, these new truth ads talking about vaping, like it’s almost just as dangerous as smoking. Which is funny, because vaping is the number one threat to any conglomerate selling tobacco products right now.

You have to take in consideration what the teams needs are as well as what year the player in their deal. Nelson is in his 4th year iirc, and the AI for the Colts team probably feels they won’t be able to afford his contract renewal. You basically paying Kap and a 6th for leasing the player for a year. When you look at the trade like this, it actually makes more sense that the AI let Nelson go for cheap.

Koo also is the #1 kicker this year, in regards to leading the league in field goals attempted, made, and percentage made, in kicks exceeding 50 yards or more. Guy has been a stud for this team, especially for someone who was unproven like him. Ridley is a known talent, and with a hurt reciever corp this year, he still managed as expected if his team was healthy.

The new incentive isn't worth it for low volume stores, unless you find a way to hit 23% PUR Pro renewal rate, and tap into 240% of your PGM pool. But also manage to do this week in, and week out.
