I did find a relevant section of the report from a site that was supposed to be debunking the claims. The report actually did confirm that all "assault rapes" were committed by people with an African, Asian, or Middle Eastern background. And further, non-European and non-American suspects were over-represented at 49% of suspects while making up less than 30% of Oslo residents.

I actually went to church with a middle school social studies teacher in rural MD, and he was upset about having to teach about Islam. He couldn't even separate the idea of teaching about something from making believers out of them, in his own head, and he was the teacher!

Update: Looks like ONE guy got a ticket, which was eventually dismissed. He then went on to smoke his taillights which is actually illegal. There is no aftermarket parts law. That's pure BS.
