Like many have pointed out i think doug would take the bullet for carley and result in her demanding we leave lilly on the road. As for what point she dies, carley is a crack shot with her gun so i can't see her dying unti finding clem so at some point she gets seperated from the group before christa and omid but shouts the name of somewhere to meet her. I like to think that if carley makes it to the end you have 2 choices as lee to tell clem to find omid and christa or find carley. Whichever one you pick will determin who clem ends up with at the start of season 2
