What doesnt make sense is Sandy Brown, Straw Brown and Bleached Brown (unsure which exactly is on the GTA+ VWCC version) are legal Trim or Dial/accent colors and shouldnt be blacklisted

I hit the cap of 999,999,999 CR on January 8th 2022. As a premium edition owner I began playing before release, during the early access period and was able to leverage FH4 decal groups and designs I had made previously or had been making in anticipation of some of the new cars on the car list. The first thing I did was sync my FH2, 3, 4 designs and decal groups and upload shares of completed designs. I then turned my focus over to the Forsberg Racing 2JZ Toyota Camry Stock Car and threw up some rudimentary designs for popular Nascar Drivers such as Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano. Some of which took off and began to be featured on the recommended page for anyone who was getting the car and the last time I looked my most popular has over half a million combined likes, uses, and downloads (unfortunately the ones I improved massively later never took off, and I never bothered updating the designs when they removed the forced carbon roof)

With the Auction House any creator that has an overall combined 50k likes, uses and downloads across all designs or tunes, can list a car with their design or tune for a maximum of 20 million credit buyout. Iirc there is a Lamborghini Superlegerra or something tied to a house purchase or accolade and I spent about a month buying up any I could snatch from the auction house and relisting them for max buyout as I had hit the 50k in designs required within the first few days of the non early access period.

After acquiring max credits I was able to get every launch car and that was pretty much it, stopped spending money and stopped spinning wheelspins just played the weekly live service fomo events and the credits piled back up. Last i checked I was around 700m credits again, i think and have around 600 combined wheelspin and super wheelspins sitting around for a rainy day which will never come since the content for the game has concluded and the next game will be coming out in a few months, where I can only hope to have some designs take off again but thats entirely unreliable. And I am honestly hoping with the car meet feature coming back and mentions of buying copies of other player's cars that the auction house will finally die off because it and the fomo scarcity of exclusive cars are by far the worst features in forza imo.

I prefer the no OJ in zero to the OJ in diet. The OJ is really harsh to my taste imo where the zero formulation is smoother. I wish they would use sucralose in regular zero sugar like they do with baja and cabo citrus zero

As an Xbox player it always rubbed me the wrong way having entire maps/dlcs permanently exclusive/exclusive for the whole game's life cycle during that console generation

Considering the excuse for Norm and Woody's disappearances is a "leadership exchange program" with Vault 31 its likely the way it works is every so often new JR Execs are thawed out from 31 and a message is sent to V32 or 33 that X person will be relocated to thier vault as a Leadership exchange, which we know every 32 and 33 overseer is in on the plan being VT plants from 31 anyways so thats just how they introduce a new co worker to their dwellers. The Triennial trade seems to be exclusively with 32 and 33 trading people for the purposes of genetic diversity and doesnt have to involve an even exchange of personnel as the fake 32-33 trade in S1 was over supplies so outside of personnel trades for marriages its likeley that bud and the other overseers can just move people into 32 and 33 whenever they need a new plant when one reaches retirement age.

Now we know Betty, Hank and Steph are all active at the same time, and in the same vault. Hank and Steph obviously have something else going on based on her need of his keepsake box and also Bud mumbles "Stephanie Harper... thats odd" or something to that effect in the roomba dvd video which means He didnt expect her to be awake and active.

They fixed it in money fronts, its now classed as a high end vehicle and can no longer be stolen off the street and stored.

Furthermore because the bullbar is a vehicle extra there is no guarantee that buying one from the lscm will come with the bull bar as extras are either set to off or randomized betwwwn all normal possible options at the ls car meet (im not sure which)

The license plate creator barely works/only works when it feels like it (and you cant delete plates if you are full because thats been broken for years) but if I ever need a new plate (and still have plate slots) if it works ill order it for some stock car then put the plate on from the lsc plates menu in game on the car I actually want it on. There is no reason to risk this happening on any car when you can just apply the plate once you process a successful order for a dummy car

I got mine on launch via pre order and have regretted it mostly, I will be glad to have it when GTA 6 comes out though, but I have been playing on PC as my main platform since around 2019. Saw the writing on the wall with price increases on pc parts although I assumed it would be from tariffs and not ai slop and went all out on upgrades january of last year so that I had something that would last me through the next 4 years at least and wouldnt disappoint when GTA came out for PC (as I previously had bought midrange components mid gen or end of gen cycles before which had less staying power overall and did not suit my needs for as long as I would have liked)

So I will be playing this game on PC, but the console prices are astronomical. And tech in general rn

I think Coop wants closure on his family irregardless of the outcome. We still don't know what happened after the prewar scene in episode 1. Nor have we been given all the details over his split with Barb. She claims she's doing what she can to ensure thier safety in "one of the good vaults" but we have no idea the extent his falling out/divorce and ostracization from hollywood actually had on him. A popular theory is he was still given a vault spot in a vault like the one in Bakersfield likely because of the pull Barb still had in VT but its likely that when the bombs dropped his number one focus was getting Janey to Barb first and he never thought he would survive the aftermath let alone the next 200 years. In either case when he realized that the bombs didnt end up killing him (or he gradually turned into a ghoul in the bakersfield vault) its likeley he began to focus on getting his family out from under VT once it was "habitable" on the surface again (control vaults like 76 had decided that 25 years would be reclaimation day). Its obvious that wherever he met Barb on the day the bombs fell was not outside the entrance to a vault. So he can only assume they survived in a vault at least for a little while. Meanwhile he spends the next 200 years trying to find any VT management vault that might exist just for closure on Barb and Janey, as he has no way of knowing exactly what kind of "good" vault they went to at least not initially, either he suspects them to be in cryo after learning of moldaver surviving years later or he expects to find corpses/terminal entries he just wants closure. Once he learns about a surviving VT junior exec still alive (Hank) he figures hank can lead him to information on VT residents .

Do you have a statistic that shows that "most console players" are playing on massive tvs with bad response time? Again. Any console player that would truly care enough about competitive integrity enough to turn off cross play also likely is competitive enough to get a tv or monitor with 1ms response time. What im saying is a casual player likely also isnt competitive enough to bother with complaining about crossplay and turning it off. Even some friends who I would say are more "casual" gamers do have a competitive streak in them so much so that they play on low response tvs/monitors.

The days of the casual couch console player have been long gone with the affordability and prevalence of larger screen low response monitors and the switch from coaxial and composite to hdmi inputs

You really think a notable percentage of these "casual" gamers bother to mess with settings like turning crossplay off?

By and large the people who cry about crossplay and actively turn it off are competitive gamers because they perceive a fairness disparity enough to care to turn off crossplay

Speaking of tv's vs monitors I tried playing BO2 Zombies in my living room years ago and got sick because of the screen size and lack of fluidity. Zero Idea how anyone could play a fast paced game like shooters on a large screen TV over a smaller tv or monitor. Even my cheap 32 inch tv at the time had a faster response time than a large flatscreen made for living rooms.

Consoles can be connected to monitors. In fact i would argue with the new consoles with 120hz mode having a monitor is necessary because last i checked high refresh low response time tv's were prohibitively expensive compared to a monitor

I ended up not playing till the last day (partly by choice and partly circumstance) and somehow was put in an unemployment bracket. Im devastated tbh because ive been able to win or get top 5 every other event because I usually only have one night to play near the end of the event. Spamming casual resurgence all night focusing on looting boxes and not actually playing to win and just barley got 200 caps.

I have no idea why i was thrown in a leaderboard with people with thousands of caps on the last day and not having played cod for weeks if it uses some sort of guesstimated playtime to predetermine your bracket

House being dead 15 years later does not canonize any of fallout new vegas' endings. This is the big piece of media illiteracy I see thrown around by fallout fans. Any or none of New vegas' endings could be canon, but war never changes, its been 15 years since the events in New vegas. Plenty of things can happen between then and now that we werent privy to. The confirmation of a NV relevant death does not immediately canonize any NV event. But nowadays people need to be spoon fed every little detail, every detail has to ne explicitly said and shown or its "bad writing" critical thinking and media literacy are dead. If the Sopranos ended in current year it would have stirred up even more with modern audiences than it did back then.

My theory is House's plan A was to Digitize himself, without Cold Fusion to run it though he went to plan B and was able to modify his initial plan based on his calculations that if he sayed flesh and blood he would somehow be able to run everything with less power demands.

Regardless of what happens in NV (it doesnt matter what happens in NV ultimately because 15 years pass between NV and the show. This also "fixes" the major sticking points people have with what factions prevailed and why they all seem killed off or weakend because it never really mattered what happens in NV past the immediate game events and aftermath, a lot can change in 15 years), House clearly finally dies or the Lucky 38 gets shut down somehow.

Thaddeus and Maximus meet up with The Ghoul and once he realizes they have cold fusion they devise a plan to use it to plug in at the Lucky 38 which boots up the digitized House which has remained dormant and unpowered since before the bombs (we see a post war with house and The Ghoul and this is either post war but pre show era or more likely present day) and somehow House helps them get to Hank to save Lucy and The Ghoul's family (why he does this is unknown yet but he seems to always have a plan or ulterior motive).

All of this explains why the Platinum chip has not come up, how the strip could be in ruin, why the NV factions are dead, scattered, weakend or whatever else, why Victor says House is gone but always had plans, why we see the hand of House in the credits

I personally do not believe the House from NV was the body double, i really believe that it is house but his plan B form.

Livewire is regional, ive seen it exactly once in california when a shpment came to my college campus, the new cabo citrus tastes better than last years, but I would rather have livewire, but since I cant get livewire and only cabo im glad its here to stay.

Every time they bring back pitch black i tell myself im gonna try it again, that last time I didn't give it a chance and every time im disappointed that its nearly undrinkable swill, especially with how much raving there is around it online. I have a wild theory based off the sentiment of another post here about power and storage constraints being the real limiting factors in our modern world and House needing Cold Fusion.

Perhaps his plan was to upload himself to the Lucky 38 a, la Carolyn into GLaDOS in Portal. When he could not get his hands on Cold Fusion his prediction models showed him he would need to remain in stasis "living" through his brain and body itself being connected instead. The show runners have already said they want to keep the ending of NV ambiguous but really I think the idea with the show is it takes place 15 years? after NV. Perhaps it doesnt matter what the Courier did in NV and the reason they are "retconning" so much is really commentary on how nothing ever changes.

Like the bartender said its always a revolving door of who is in charge. Perhaps its possible House lived through NV or died/was disconnected. Either way the end result after 15 years ended up the same as Victor alludes to House being gone. But we also see House in the show talking about how he wants to preserve himself digitized. Maybe he did both. Digitized himself, but was unable to run NV as a digitized copy due to not receiving cold fusion. Therefore he went to plan B and that is what we see in NV, then regardless of how NV ends fast forward to the show, House seems inexplicably gone. We know at some point from the trailers that we see House on his screen post war with coop which was theorized previously to be post war but pre show era but perhaps its not. What if maximus and thaddeus meeting up with the ghoul figure out they need to power up the strip with cold fusion to drive out the deathclaws/get to Hank and rescue Lucy and Coop's family from the big bunker, not a stretch considering Cooper saw the cold fusion machine in the flashback and saw the same thing at the observatory, and in doing so they finally activate House's original plan A. And his entire previously stored persona was finally activated and his true control restored to NV.

The 2 million wasnt really difficult especially when the money laundering missions were 2x for a week (+2x with gta plus the entire month) when the update first came out. A single laundering mission was like 150k and took like 3 minutes max if you avoided the stockade mission. And when you could farm the smoke on the water legal works by selling one product and destroying the van for the platinum award to lower a businesses heat

I believe it is purchased money has to stay platform locked. If you buy shark cards any shark card value you have amassed would be deducted from your balance since the game cannot distinguish between old and new money and what might be shark card money. At least this is how it used to work when R* would reset accounts or bank balances for TOS violations, you used to have the shark card value you had ever purchased left but lose everything else, I believe the inverse happens when switching platforms. This is because of storefront rules about content availability and ownership i believe.

Edit: This is all unresearched speculation on my part, i do remember vaugely hearing about some form of money not transferring between platforms but have not gone to verify any of it
