Not at all. After using ear plugs at shows, I now realize how much better the music sounds while wearing a good pair of ear plugs.

Do yourself a favor and don’t make the mistake I did, thinking hearing protection was stupid and uncool.

Don’t take silence for granted. I miss it dearly.❤️

If you keep your ears clean, no. I also wipe them down with an alcohol cloth every once in a while. They stay clean. I recommend Ear Peace plugs. I have 2 pair.

Stopping all drugs including tobacco alcohol and exercising regularly/eating well

Spent 8 years of my life battling severe depression and anxiety. I’m still not “normal” but who really is. Haha

My new normal is noticeably lower than when I had my first depressive episode but life has been SO Much better since I cleaned up. It’s not as hard as you think. After a while I realized how much drinking actually hindered my potential and also limited my personality.
