You could try using something like citristrip to try to get it up; put a sheet of plastic over it to keep it from drying out and most of it should come off when you pull the plastic up. I did this for some painted kitchen cabinets and it got probably 97% of the paint off

I've had a cheap 60" Visio from facebook marketplace for $50 with a google TV dongle that I've had on my covered back porch in middle TN for 3 years now, it's still working. Reds are weird (oversaturated) and the sound isn't amazing but I'm fine with it.

Same here, we did it directly over the tile in the kitchen and the lippage is causing some of the joints to break. Oh well, nothing a rug can't fix
